A transgender lady accused a gynecologist of discriminating against her after refusing to treat her for a bodily part she didn’t even have.
As legal action was taken, the issue became more severe and is currently dividing people worldwide.

When Canadian transgender activist Jessica Yaniv, now known as Jessica Simpson, began bringing a series of human rights complaints against beauticians who refused to do her man parts in 2018, it caused a stir.
Simpson desired a Brazilian, a procedure in which a woman’s pubic hair is removed entirely or in part. The terms “brozilian” and “manzilian” refer to the same method that involves the penis or scrotum, and estheticians are educated for both.
Although Simpson, 37, still had male genitalia, she nonetheless accused five separate beauticians of not giving her a wax and demanded damages of up to $15,000 from each of them.
According to the Telegraph, the Langley, British Columbia resident told the court, “Until I mentioned I was transgender, none of these providers had any issues with anything.”
Beauty salons vs Simpson
The trans woman was sentenced to pay $2,000 in damages to each of the three respondents who appeared at the proceedings after losing the nation’s historic discrimination lawsuit in 2019.
She also displayed “animus toward certain racial, religious, and cultural groups,” according to the court.
Minority home-based estheticians who spoke little English and were compelled to close their operations following Simpson’s charges were the workers that testified.
Although the ladies were neither prepared or educated to handle male anatomy, they provided Brazilian waxing procedures to their female clientele.

The fire department versus Simpson
Over the following few years, the “activist,” who one justice of the BC Supreme Court described as a “prolific litigant,” filed complaints against a local news network, the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police), provincial health, and beauty pageants.
Simpson reportedly placed over 30 requests for assistance in getting out of the bath before receiving a warning from the Langley Fire Department in February 2021.
According to the letter to Simpson, “the Fire Department has received and responded to over 30 such calls for assistance since January 21, none of which constituted a medical emergency.”
Additionally, we are aware that you behaved inappropriately and lewdly toward Fire Department personnel while they were at your house.
Among other things, your actions have made the workplace unsuitable and dangerous for Fire Department employees. The Township does not approve of this, and it will not be allowed to continue.
According to the Western Standard, she replied with a since-deleted tweet in which she stated that she would “be suing the township for libel and other things.”
Gibson vs the gynecologist
Simpson, who has been accused of racism several times, seems to be strengthened by the public attention despite her numerous accusations, which include assault, mischief, possession of a restricted weapon, and using sexualized language in conversations with minor females.
She most recently chose to target the office of a gynecologist who reportedly informed her that “we don’t serve transgender patients.”
Simpson expressed her amazement, confusion, and hurt in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“Is it lawful for them to do that? She tagged the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC), which oversees medical regulation in the province, in her tweet, asking, “Isn’t that against the college practices?”
“Gynaecologists are part of the multidisciplinary team that engage with transgender and non-binary patients, either as part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre- or post-transition gynaecological problems,” she then shared with her followers, according to the Daily Mail.
Additionally, after she filed the complaint in 2019, there have been no updates, despite her subsequent claims that the CPSBC acknowledged she had experienced discrimination.

Healthcare transformation
When it comes to ordinary healthcare, medical practitioners are becoming more vocal about the important distinctions between the anatomy of a natal female and structurally different neo-vaginas, or vaginas formed after gender-affirming surgery.
Experts stress the importance of regular gynecologic care for “anyone with a cervix, vagina, uterus, ovaries, or fallopian tubes, regardless of gender.”
This implies that a person who was designated male at birth does not require the same level of medical attention as a trans guy or a biological woman.
According to an article titled The Importance of Transgender Gynecology, a trans woman will only require gynecological care for her new vulva and vagina after undergoing “reconstructive genital surgery.”
Simpson had all of her masculine bodily parts at the moment.
This is a clinical safety and competency concern, not a discriminatory one.
