Unravelling the estrangement between Tom Cruise and his daughter
Though his long-standing custom with this child star suggests a close bond, the actor’s relationship with his daughter Suri Cruise presents a different picture. Page Six was informed by a source last year that the actor and Suri, who was 16 at the time of the allegation, are still not close.

The father and daughter pair have not been seen in public since July 2012, suggesting a protracted breakup. Suri was welcomed by Cruise and his then-partner Katie Holmes on April 18, 2006.

The pair showed their love for their daughter in the months after her birth, with Holmes pointing out Suri’s similarity to Cruise. But after they broke up in 2011, things didn’t go well for Cruise and Suri.
